Industrial Grade In Water Treatment Ferric Chloride 96% Powder FeCl3 Ferric Chloride Anhydrous
Ferric Chloride is inorganic macromolecular coagulant, which is made by polyaluminum chloride complexing with polymeric. Therefore, the molecular structure is enlarged; the capacity of neutralization and bridging adsorption is enhanced. It is an orange to brown-black solid. Ferric chloride is slightly soluble in water and noncombustible. When wet Ferric chloride is corrosive to aluminum and most metals.
It is an ideal chemical to treat heavily organic-polluted raw water as well as low-temperature and low-turbidity, low-temperature and high-turbidity water. Ferric chloride is used to treat sewage, industrial waste, to purify water, as an etching agent for engraving circuit boards, and in the manufacture of other chemicals.
Item | Specifications | Results |

Ferrous chloride (FeCL2)% ≤ | 2 | 0.85 |
Insolubles % ≤ | 1.5 | 0.51 |
Application of ferric chloride: mainly used for metal etching and sewage treatment.
Among them, the etching includes the etching of materials such as copper, stainless steel, and aluminum. It has the advantages of good effect and low price for the treatment of low-oil raw water, but it also brings the disadvantage of yellowing of the water. It is also used for printing and dyeing cylinder engraving, electronic industrial circuit board and fluorescent digital tube production, etc.
The construction industry is used to prepare concrete to enhance its strength, corrosion resistance and water resistance. It can also be formulated with ferrous chloride, calcium chloride, aluminum chloride, aluminum sulfate, hydrochloric acid, etc. to be a water-repellent agent for clay, and used in the inorganic industry to produce other iron salts and inks. In the dye industry, it is used as an oxidizing agent in dyeing with Yindioxin dyes. Used as a mordant in the printing and dyeing industry.
