Calcium chloride anhydrous(94%min calcium chloride) including calcium chloride prills and calcium chloride powder. Calcium chloride anhydrous (CaCl2) is white or off-white solid (granular, block or powder), tastes slightly bitter, odorless, easily soluble in water, and releases a lot of heat when dissolved in water. It has strong hygroscopicity and is easily deliquescent in the air, so it should be stored airtight. CaCl2 can be used as desiccant, dehydrating agent, refrigerant, antifreeze agent for aviation and automobile internal combustion engines, coagulation antifreeze agent, fabric fireproof agent, food preservative, etc.

1. Calcium chloride is mostly used as a desiccant, such as for the drying of nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide and other gases.
2. Calcium chloride aqueous solution is an important refrigerant for refrigerators and ice-making. It can accelerate the hardening of concrete and increase the cold resistance of building mortar. It is an excellent building antifreeze.
3. Used as a dehydrating agent in the production of alcohols, esters, ethers and acrylic resins.
4. It is the raw material for the production of calcium salts.
