Class 8 1150KGS/IBC DRUM Sodium Hypochlorite Solution NaClO Used for Bactericide
Sodium hypochlorite is a white powder. Sodium hypochlorite for industrial use is a colorless or yellowish liquid. Melting point 18℃. It is extremely unstable in the air and decomposes to produce carbon dioxide. It decomposes rapidly after heat and is more stable in the alkaline state. Sodium hypochlorite soluble in water, dissolved in water into caustic soda and hypochlorous acid, lOOmL HzO at 0℃ dissolved 29.3g sodium perchlorate. Hypochlorous acid is redecomposed into hydrogen chloride and new oxygen, which has a strong oxidation capacity, so sodium hypochlorite is also a strong oxidizing agent. Its stability is affected by light, heat, heavy metal cation and PH value. It has a pungent odor.

Test Conclusion | According to GB/T 19106-2013 inspection, it meets the AI grade standard of sodium hypochlorite solution. |
There are many methods for preparing sodium hypochlorite, and the method commonly used in industry is liquid alkali chlorination. Add a certain amount of liquid alkali, add an appropriate amount of water, prepare a sodium hydroxide solution of less than 30%, and pass chlorine gas below 35 ℃ for reaction. When the content of sodium hypochlorite in the reaction solution reaches a certain concentration, the sodium hypochlorite product was obtained.
It is an oxidizing bactericide, and its bactericidal mechanism is similar to that of liquid chlorine. Sodium hypochlorite solution is generally used in industrial circulating water. At the same time, sodium hypochlorite increased the pH value of circulating water. Therefore, in the circulating water system with liquid chlorine as a fungicide, the residual chlorine is difficult to reach the target, in the case of serious pH decline, the impact of a larger dose of sodium hypochlorite can ensure the residual chlorine and pH indicators.
Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing and rinse with plenty of running water.
Eye contact: Lift eyelid, rinse with running water or saline, seek medical attention.
Inhalation: Quickly remove from the scene to fresh air. Keep your airway clear. Administer oxygen if breathing is difficult. If breathing stops, immediately give artificial respiration and seek medical attention.
Ingestion: Drink enough warm water to induce vomiting and seek medical attention.
