1000 KG/BAG CaCL2 Calcium Chloride Anhydrous Prills for Refrigerant Anhydrous Prills
Introduction
Calcium chloride, colorless cubic crystals. General industrial products are white or off-white porous blocks or granules, honeycomb. Odorless, slightly bitter. Relative density 2.15. Melting point 782℃. The boiling point above 1600℃. Extremely hygroscopic, very easy to deliquesce when exposed to air. Easily soluble in water, while releasing a large amount of heat, its aqueous solution is slightly acidic. Soluble in alcohol, acetic acid. Reacts with ammonia or ethanol to form CaCl2·8NH3 and CaCI2·4C2 Hs OH complexes respectively. At room temperature, the hexahydrate precipitated from the aqueous solution is usually dissolved when gradually heated to 30℃. It dissolves in its own crystal water, continues to lose water by heating, and becomes a dihydrate at 200℃, and then becomes a white porous anhydrous calcium chloride when heated to 260℃

Application
Industrial use:
1. Used as a multi-purpose desiccant, such as for drying gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, hydrogen chloride, and sulfur dioxide. Used as a dehydrating agent when producing alcohols, esters, ethers, and acrylic resins. Calcium chloride aqueous solution is an important refrigerant for refrigerators and ice making. It can accelerate the hardening of concrete and increase the cold resistance of building mortar. It is an excellent building antifreeze agent. Used as a defogging agent and road dust collector in ports, and a fabric fire retardant. Used as a protective agent and refining agent for aluminum and magnesium metallurgy. It is a precipitant for the production of lake pigments. Used for deinking of waste paper processing. It is a raw material for the production of calcium salts.
2. Chelating agent; curing agent; calcium enhancer; refrigerant for freezing; desiccant; anticaking agent; antimicrobial agent; pickling agent; tissue improver.
3. Used as a desiccant, road dust collector, defogging agent, fabric fire retardant, food preservative, and for the manufacture of calcium salts.
4. Used as a lubricating oil additive.
5. Used as an analytical reagent.
6. Mainly used to treat tetany, urticaria, exudative edema, intestinal and ureteral colic, magnesium poisoning, etc. caused by hypocalcemia.
7. Used as calcium enhancer, curing agent, chelating agent and desiccant in the food industry.
8. Can increase the permeability of bacterial cell walls.
